What information do we collect?

Information we collect and save is submitted to us by you during the order process. We do not share this information with any 3rd-party. The only exception being your name and shipping address for purposes of shipping you your order. For more information about your data rights, view the data rights section further down this page.

Cookies

Cookies are used on this site to allow customers to place orders. We only save cookies to your device to keep track of your cart and checkout process. No tracking or 3rd party cookies are saved at any time during your visit. If you feel you have found a cookie contrary to this statement, please let us know at customerservice@youthskateco.com.

How we save your data?

All payment/credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is never saved on our servers. Credit card information is sent directly to the payment processor and PayPal information is saved within PayPal.

What do rights you have over your data?

You have full control over the data you send us. If you'd like us to remove any customer information we have received from you, please send an email to customerservice@youthskateco.com.

We will not be able to delete your data if your order is still being processed. You will need to wait until your order has shipped, or cancel your order with us. Please email customerservice@youthskateco.com to cancel your order.
